You will be provided with a confirmation and invoice at the time of booking which will include a cost breakdown and other key information.


You may need to print your travel documents yourself. In this case we will provide you with details on how to obtain your travel documents from the suppliers website and complete the advanced passenger information (API) including passport details. Completion of the API is now a legal requirement for travel outside the UK so please ensure it is completed no later than 3 weeks prior to departure. Travel documents can be printed approximately 3 weeks prior to departure, so if you are completing your information further in advance, you can access your booking and print them when they become available. You can also use the website to find all of the information relevant to your cruise booking including on-board services. You must complete the information and print your travel documents online, so if you are unable to get internet access you will need to ask someone with internet access who can do it on your behalf. If you are having difficulties we may be able to assist, so please let us know if you require further support.


If we do not provide you with details on how to obtain your travel documents from the suppliers website, you do not need to do anything and all travel documents will be automatically provided approximately 3 weeks before your departure date. If your booking is made within 3 weeks of your departure date, all travel documents will be provided immediately. We can provide your travel documents by email, post or even in-person by calling into our Experience Centre in Cardiff, so please let us know your preference. 


Your travel documents will include all cruise tickets, luggage tags and, if applicable, all documentation for flights, hotels, shore excursions or other holiday extras.


If you have spotted a mistake with your booking, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation and invoice. Any corrections advised after this period may be subject to significant charges from the cruise line, airline, hotel or other service provider which are beyond our control.
