You will usually find a direct-dial telephone in your cabin which can be used to make calls even where you're at sea, whilst you may receive mobile phone signal closer to land. Stamps will usually be available from the reception desk and, if required, they will post a letter on your behalf when you arrive at the next port. Most ships also offer internet cafes and Wi-Fi.
